TERMS OF SERVICE
Read this carefully before you commission me. By commissioning me you accept the following terms:GENERAL
- These are DIGITAL artworks, you are not receiving a physical copy of the art.
- Commission size starts at A4 (21cm x 29.7cm) at 300dpi. You can also request a custom canvas size and orientation.
- I reserve the right to refuse any commission for any reason, and am not obligated to provide an explanation for that refusal.
- I am willing to draw original characters, fanart, animals, and monsters.
- I will not draw porn, nudity, hateful content, or anything else I am not personally comfortable with.
- Listed prices are for PERSONAL use, if you wish to use the commission commercially please contact me.

PROCESS
- To order a commission, contact me via email or social (see ordering guide for more information).
- Visual references are preferred, but I can work with detailed descriptions as well (anything helps, even simple doodles!).
- Additionally, feel free to provide me with any information regarding the personality, story, or themes behind your character, as this will help inform my process.
- I will provide you with a time estimate, which will vary based on complexity and personal circumstances. If you have a deadline for the commission to be completed, please include this in your commission inquiry (fees may apply).
- Once we have agreed on the commission specifics, I will send you a PayPal invoice. 50% of the full price must be paid before I begin work on the commission. This 50% is nonrefundable.
- After payment, I will send you a sketch for approval. At this stage you may request changes.
- After the sketch has been approved and finalized, no major changes may be made. Revisions after the sketch stage will require an additional fee.
- Errors in elements clearly specified in the client’s references will be revised for free.
- I will send you updates every 1-3 days, and you are always allowed to ask for updates.
- If any delays occur I will inform you as soon as possible.
- After the FULL payment is received I will deliver the completed commission as a PNG file via email.
PAYMENT
- Payment will be conducted with PayPal invoices.
- Listed pricing may increase depending on the complexity of the design.
- The commission will not begin until half the full price is paid.
- Cancellation during progress will not be refunded.
- If the final commission is not sent within 2 months without contact, you will be refunded.
- The finished commission will be sent to the client only once the price has been paid in full.
COPYRIGHT & USAGE
- As the artist, I retain full rights to the original artwork. Commissioned works may be posted on social media and in portfolios by the artist unless the client specifically requests otherwise
- The commissioned artwork is for personal use and is not to be used commercially unless agreed upon.
- The client is free to post the commissioned work with credit, but may not claim the work as their own or remove the artist’s signature.
- The client is not permitted under any circumstances to use the commission artwork in or for AI or NFTs in any way. Violation of this will lead to immediate and permanent blacklisting and loss of rights to the commissioned artwork.

You can expect the following process during your commission
ORDERING- Send me your idea for the illustration and references via email or DM.
- I will respond with an estimated price and finish date.
- Once I receive 50% of the full price I will begin the commission.SKETCH- I will send you a sketch for approval
- At this stage you may ask for revisions (design, posing, composition, colour, etc.)
- Once the sketch has been approve I will move to the finalization stageFINALIZATION- You may only request minor changes at this point (bigger revisions will result in additional fees)
- After receiving the rest of the payment, I will send you the finished commission via email.
